The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC)
The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is the largest international professional organization dedicated to improving educational outcomes for individuals with exceptionalities, students with disabilities, and/or the gifted.
National Center to Improve Practice
The National Center to Improve Practice (NCIP), located at Education Development Center, Inc., was funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs from 1992-1998 to promote the effective use of technology to enhance educational outcomes for students with sensory, cognitive, physical and social/emotional disabilities.

LD Online
LD OnLine is a collaboration between public broadcasting and the learning disabilities community. Rick Lavoie says that we know how to educate a child with a learning disability. The real challenge, he says, is to educate those who don't have one - the parents, teachers, coaches, neighbors, relatives, and friends who interact with our kids every day.
New Horizons for Learning

J.P. Das Developmental Disabilities Centre
The DDC is a research and training centre located within the Department of Educational Psychology in the Faculty of Education at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
